Guidlines
- All lots shall have city sidewalks.
- A residence placed thereon must include not less than a three-car garage.
- All mailboxes shall be of a uniform type.
- All homes must have exterior constructed of brick, stucco, steel, stone, cedar, redwood, or cement board. No vinyl or plywood shall be permitted as an exterior finish on any home.
- All homes must have not less than 30% of the front exterior constructed of brick, stone, or stucco.
